10x is like a mini-seed fund inside the Federal government run by GSA. They accept ideas on a rolling basis from U.S. Federal employees and evaluate them twice a year.

They have four funding phases:

Phase 1: Investigation $20k
Phase 2: Discovery $175k
Phase 3: Development $500k
Phase 4: Scale $1.28m
